Frequently Asked Questions

 We are based in Petersfield, Hampshire and provide removals throughout Petersfield and the surrounding areas. We regularly cover locations including Alton, Liss, Liphook, Bordon, Midhurst, Waterlooville and surrounding Hampshire and West Sussex areas.

We also undertake longer-distance removals. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your move.

If packing yourselves, We recommend having as much as possible packed into boxes and ready to move before the team arrives. Clearly labelling boxes by room can also make unloading and unpacking easier.

Keep important documents, medication, valuables and essential items you may need immediately after the move separate and easily accessible.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if you are moving on a Friday, at the end of the month or during busy periods. We are happy to provisionally book your dates in for no deposit whilst you finalise arrangement's.

We understand that moving dates can sometimes change at short notice, so contact us and we'll let you know what current availability we have if you require a change of booking.

From an insurance standpoint, We do not disconnect washing machines / electric, gas cookers. 

We would prefer all items in boxes where possible but the odd bag of clothes etc is fine. 

This is mainly based on the volume we are required to move. Whether you are in a studio flat or a 5 bedroom property, we feel we offer competitive pricing throughout. Message us to find out more. 

Yes, we have part pack / fragile pack and full packing options.

Yes, we have our own storage facilities and use other local storage facilities where required.
